- We improved manufacturing efficiency, strengthened the design and engineering team and are implementing a new ERP system










Group Coek
- Group Coek is a world leading manufacturer of large-format reactors (up to 100m in length and up to 10m in diameter) and other processing equipment mainly serving the chemical industry
- Products are cladded with titanium or zirconium. Applications primarily in the processing of corrosive materials.
- Manufactured equipment is predominantly used in the processing of PTA, polypropylene, acetic acid and in the mining industry
- Coek employs ~100 FTEs
- We implemented a succession plan for the founder and introduced a new ERP system.
Dockx Handling
- Rental of port related heavy handling equipment (empty container handlers, reach stackers, heavy forklifts etc).
- Acquired a competitor and expanded to a new location within 6 months.
- Implemented a new ERP system and asset management system
- Introduced hybrid and full-electric port handling equipment to the market
- Dockx operates its own service and maintenance site and has a mobile service team for on site repairs and employs ~30 FTEs










Aeolus Group
- Manufacturer and installer of dust & smoke extraction systems and bulk handling systems for the recycling industry
- Aeolus Group consists of three companies: Amotec, PCK and Holtrop & Jansma and employs ~100 FTEs
- Aeolus’s dust extraction systems are primarily used in the woodworking, metalworking and animal feed industries
European Energy Pooling
- EEP provides smaller energy retailers with access to the professional gas markets and acts as a middleman on their behalf
- EEP purchases and sells natgas on behalf of customers. EEP coordinates with national transmission system operators to balance customers’ natural gas portfolio’s
- Increased sales fivefold and implemented monitoring systems and controls
- We steered the company through the 2021-22 European energy crisis and grew revenues to €500m+











Busker
- Specialist in sheet pile foundation contracting primarily active in the infrastructure industry (pipeline laying, inland waterways, offshore wind farm connectors etc.)
- Founded in 1954 by the Busker family. Currently there are three managers who are minority shareholders
- Busker has a large inventory of immediately available sheet piling for time critical projects. The company operates a fleet of 18 tower cranes and employs ~30 FTEs
BN International
- Manufacturer of wallpaper and cover materials (for passports and books) founded in 1926.
- The company was owned by a family backed private equity company. Under its new ownership BN International invested in new wallpaper manufacturing machine.
- A new ERP system was implemented and the design and manufacturing strategy has been redesigned.
- Currently part of the SVE group.
